The application can export scanned documents as PDF and also perform text recognition (OCR). Users can easily access all text content or specific details like website addresses or phone numbers. Scanned documents are automatically saved to iCloud Drive and are accessible on all Apple devices. The iPad version supports drag and drop functionality, making it convenient to transfer scanned documents to other apps.

• Scan: Scan one or multiple pages, adjust edges if necessary before saving the final scan. The app automatically detects document edges for a better experience. Users can rotate the scanned document or apply Grayscale, Black & White, or Photo filters before confirming the scan.
• Export: Easily share scanned documents as individual images or create a PDF from multiple pages in one scan.
• iCloud: All scanned documents are automatically uploaded to iCloud Drive for quick access and backup in the "Scan it" folder. Users can customize this setting to export a single PDF from multiple scans.
• Text Recognition: Scan it features OCR technology, which recognizes scanned text for immediate use. For instance, scanning a business card will yield tappable links in results enabling actions like making a call, sending an email, opening Safari, or maps based on content. Recognized text can be easily shared.
